간단하게 말씀드리면 dhcpd 실행시 device명을 eth1으로
주어야 한다는 것입니다, 왜냐하면 dhcpd.conf에서 range를
eth1하부 네트워크로 설정하였기 때문입니다.
 /usr/sbin/dhcpd eth1으로 실행하세요.
