이번에 sql과 php를 공부 할려고 sql을 인스톨 하다가
에러가 생겨서 질문드립니다.
 다운 받아서 압축 풀고 configure하는 과정에서 넘어가질 않네요.
하루 이상을 켜 놔도 도대체 넘어갈 생각을 하지 않아요.
 sql  인스톨 과정..
 [root@ns mysql]# ls
COPYING          bin/             manual.html      sql-bench/
COPYING.LIB      configure*       manual.txt       support-files/
ChangeLog        data/            manual_toc.html  tests/
INSTALL-BINARY   include/         scripts/
README           lib/             share/
[root@ns mysql]# ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mysql
--with-charset=euc_kr
 
To start mysqld at boot time you have to copy support-files/
mysql.server
to the right place for your system
 
PLEASE REMEMBER TO SET A PASSWORD FOR THE MySQL root USER !
This is done with:
./bin/mysqladmin -u root -p password 'new-password'
./bin/mysqladmin -u root -h ns -p password 'new-password'
See the manual for more instructions.
 
NOTE:  If you are upgrading from a MySQL <= 3.22.10 you should run
the ./bin/mysql_fix_privilege_tables. Otherwise you will not be
able to use the new GRANT command!
 
Please report any problems with the ./bin/mysqlbug script!

Starting the mysqld server.  You can test that it is up and running
with the command:
./bin/mysqladmin version
[root@ns mysql]# Starting mysqld daemon with databases from
/usr/local/mysql/dat
a
010211 04:02:22  mysqld ended 이상태에서 넘어가질 않고 강제로 엔터를 치면
  [root@ns mysql]#make   를 실행시키면 다음과 같은 에러가 발생함다.
make: ***No targets, stop
무슨 말인지요.
부탁함다.
공부좀 더 해야 겠지만 도와주질 않네요..(소소코드로 인스톨했어요.)
근데 바이너리로 인스톨하면 어떤 차이가 있나요....
