저는 그 문제가 해결되지 않아서,
 shout대신 liveice쓰는 것으로 해결했습니다.
 shout로 128k를 방송하면 xmms는 음아기 끊기는 문제 뿐만 아니라
 프로그램이 다운되기도 하더군요.
