일단 etc/sendmail.cf의 문제인거 같네요.
이곳의 다른 글에 많이 올라와있는 내용입니다.
sendmail.cf에서 다음의 글을 찾아서 아래와 같이 주석처리되있나 보세요.
 #R$*   $#error $@ 5.7.1 $: "550 Relaying denied" 
 안되있음 하세요.

 그다음 아웃룩에서 다시 해 보세요.
