 의존성 오류군요.
 지금 삭제하고자 하는 패키지가 php-mysql 등.. 여러가지 패키지와 의존성을
 가지고 있어서 삭제를 못한다는 말이죠.
 먼저 저것들을 하나씩 먼저 지우시고 해보면 됩니다.
 아니면 강제로 지울 수도 있습니다.
 rpm -e --nodeps mysql-3.23.22-6
 --nodeps 옵션을 줘보세여 :)
