아무래도 퍼미션 설정이 잘못된것 같은데요...
cgi-파일 경로 수정 해 주셨나요?
cgi-를 cgi-bin 에서만 실행되게 해 놓으셨다면 꼭 해주셔야 해요..
아마 board.cgi 파일을 열어보면 어디어디 고치라고 나와있을꺼에요.
꼭 워드패드에서 여셔야 되요. 메모장에서 열어서 수정하고 저장하면 에러나요.
