ftp 프로 그램으로 서버에 접속시 이렇게 나옵니다

 서버에 손을 대도 안데요 ㅠ.ㅠ
inetd.conf랑 proftpd.conf 도 주석 처리해주고 수정도 해주었어요
그리고 다시 시작도 해주었어여
어떻게 해야데요
 아참 proftpd.cont 에 호스트 네임 적을때  ==>   "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"
에서 따옴표 붙어줘야 하나요?
