공인IP Address를 사용하여 dhcpd를 사용하고 있는데요.
dhcp를 사용하는 client에서 고정IP를 사용못하게 하고 싶은데...
isc dhcpd mailing list를 찾아봤는데 특별한 답이 없어서...
