/usr/sbin/useradd 식으로 절대경로를 모두 적어보세요.
편하게 작업하시려면 /etc/profile 이나 홈디렉토리의 .bash_profile에
실행파일이 있는 path를 ':'문자로 구분하여 적어 넣으시면 됩니다.
