IP선을 어디서 따다 쓰시는지는 잘 모르겠지만..
두루넷이나.. 기타 몇 곳의 업체는..

기본 포트를 막아두어서 외부 접속이 안되는걸로 알고 있거든요..
혹시 모르니..포트번호를 바꿔서 해보셔요..
그리고 업체에도 물어보셔요 (이미 하셨을지도..-_ -;)
 그외..학교같은곳은..자체 방화벽으로 막고 있긴한데..
