레드햇 7.3에 아파치 1.3.2를 사용하고 있는 유저입니다.
예를 들어 newbie라는 계정을 주고 newbie 안에 public_html을 위치시키면
다음과 같이 접근했을 때 public_html 페이지가 잘 뜹니다.
 http://myhome.com/~newbie 그런데 예를 들어 cgi-bin이라는 디렉토리를 newbie안에 mkdir로 생성시키
고 퍼미션을 755로 주면  cgi-bin내용을 웹상에서 보이게 하고 싶습니다. 즉,
httpL//myhome.com/~newbie/cgi-bin 이라고 하면 cgi-bin내용이 보이는거죠
그래서 httpd.conf 설정파일을 다음과 같이 고쳤습니다.
Directory /home/newbie/*
        AllowOverride None
        Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
        Options ExecCGI
        Order allow,deny
        Allow from all
/Directory
 그런데 이렇게 하고 아파치 데몬을 재시작하여 http://myhome.com/~newbie/cgi-bin 라고 하면 찾을 
수 없는 페이자라고 HTTP 404메세지가 뜹니다. 분명 cgi-bin 퍼미션 755이고 newbie계정 디렉토리
도 755로서 퍼미션 이상없고 위 설정파일 이상없는데 왜 디렉토리가 안보이는걸까요. 참고
로 /usr/local/apache/htdocs에 cgi-bin을 위치시키고 httpL//myhome.com/cgi-bin 이라고 하면 이땐 잘 보입
니다. 어떻게 설정을 해주어야하는지요?
