5메가로 제한하고 php.ini에서도 멕스 5메가로 셋팅 다됐는데..
 이상하게 10메가 안쪽에 파일을 올리면 제어가 되는데..
 10메가 이상되는 파일을 올려보니..이런 싸이트가 뜨더군요.
