저의 오타로 인한 삽질이었습니다 --;
./configure 옵션을 줄때 var 앞에 /을 빼먹은 결과 였습니다 .
도움을 주셔서 고맙습니다 .
   : [root@localhost apache_1.3.26]# /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start
: fopen: No such file or directory
: httpd: could not open error log file /usr/local/apache/var/log/httpd/error_log.
: /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started
: 이렇게 나옵니다.

: 현재 /usr/local/apache 하위에 var/log/httpd라는 부분이 없습니다
: ./configure 에서 뭔가 실수를 한듯 합니다.
: 이걸 어떵헤 하면 좋을까요 ? 설정 파일같은데서 수정할수 있나요?

: 아니면 apache랑 php를 다지우고 다시 해야 되나여?
