/etc/X11/XF86Config-4 설정파일에 아래에 소개된 내용을 붙여넣으시고,
모니터는 Monitor0으로만 세팅하시면 됩니다.
 PS::주의하실것은 아직 kde에서는 x를 못보실겁니다. 걍 죽습니다.. -.-;;

 Intel? 830M/830MG Chipset
Linux* Support
  Linux* drivers for the Intel? 830M/MG chipset have been released to major distributions. Future releases of most Linux
 distributions should contain native Intel 830M/MG chipset support.  Full Intel 830M/MG chipset support is not available
 in XFree86* 4.1.0, however, the next version of XFree86* (4.2.0), is expected to support these chipsets. Pre-release so
urce code for this version is available via the CVS repository on http://www.xfree86.org/#newserver. Intel Technical Sup
port does not support pre-release software.  Alternately, there has been good success using the XFree86 VESA* driver wit
h the Intel 830M/MG chipset. This has been tested on a production laptop based on the Intel 830M/MG chipset, Red Hat* Li
nux 7.2, Kernel 2.4.7-10, XFree86 4.1.0, and GNOME*.  To use the VESA driver, follow the instructions below:  Start the 
Linux installation. Some distributions may need to be installed using text mode. Choose the Intel? 810 chipset graphics 
driver. Set the monitor to "Generic Laptop Display Panel 1024x768". If the laptop's native resolution is not 1024x768, c
hoose an appropriate generic monitor for the laptop. Choose to start with a text-based login. This can be changed to a g
raphical login later, if desired. Leave the other display settings at the defaults and finish the installation. Once the
 distribution is installed, modify the /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 file, as shown below:   Section "Device" #no known options

 Notice that the only line that needs to be changed in the Device section is the "Driver" line. In the "Screen" section,
 the "Modes" line should be set to the laptop's native screen resolution. The sample settings will set the display to 10
24x768x16bpp (64K colors). Please note that some Intel 830M/MG chipset-based laptops have a setting to enable the amount
 of video memory in the BIOS setup. If this option is available, set it to 8MB.  Until XFree86 4.2.0 is released, some c
ustomers may have issues with power management and/or the screen may blank when exiting X back to a command prompt. Addi
tionally, switching to KDE may cause X to stop loading.
