레드햇 7.2에서 아파치 1.3.22-2를 사용중인데 httpd.conf에서 port를 2331번으로 변경하고 service 
httpd restart하면 http://localhost:2331로 접속되어야 하지 않나요? ServerType은 standalone으로 되어있
고요.  http://localhost:2331로 접속하면 "The connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost:2331"이
렇게 나오네요.  혹시나 해서 ipchains -F도 해봤는데 안되네요.
