보통 ftp는 valid shell 을 요구하지 않던가요?
 그냥 쉘계정을 쓸경우 pam에서 막아주시고 그렇치 안타면..
 저 같은경우엔 버추얼 서비스를 씁니다 =) 디비나 다른 passwd 파일을
 쓰죠  가장 대표적인 경우가 qmail + mysql + proftp 정도곗죠?
 저런경우엔 웹에서 패스워드가 바꾸어지죠.
