먼저
etc/hosts.deny 에서 ALL:ALL을  추가 하시고
etc/hosts.allow 에서 열어 주고 싶은 IP를 적어 주면 됩니다..
음.. 211.2.2.1,211.2.2.2,......이런 식으로..
열어주고 싶은 IP를 적어주시면 되지 싶은데...
