골치아픈일에 휘말리셨네요...--;;;
일단 chkrootkit 이라는 프로그램을 찾아서 루트킷 설치여부를 살펴보시구요...
루트킷이 설치된 파일을 정상적인 것으로 바꾸도록 하세요.
netstat -a 하셔서 열려있는 포트를 확인해보세요.
포트를 추적해서 관련 프로그램을 찾는 것은 아마 이쪽저쪽에 여럿 있을겁니다..
 그리구, 센드메일 서버랑, 이것저것 보안홀이 발견된 프로그램들을 전부 업데이트 하시구
