 일단 레드햇 기준으로..
 ./configure --with-pam 옵션으로 컴파일 하시구요.
 cp ./openssh-3.0.2p1/contrib/redhat/sshd.pam /etc/pam.d/sshd
 일케 카피해서리 쓰시기 바랍니다..
 일단, 한번 위에 같은 에러가 난 상태라면,
 /usr/local/etc/ 에 있는 ssh* 들을 지우고 다시 make install 하시기 바랍
니당.
