 위 설정은 모든 접속을 허락하는 상태이므로
보안의 문제는 있지만 텔넷 사용하는데는 문제가 없습니다.
 : YOON님 서버에서 telnet 192.168.1.1 이라구 치고 들어가도...
: Connection closed by foreign host. 라는 메세지와 함께 접속이 안됩니다.
 서버 자신으로도 텔넷이 안된다면
1. 텔넷 서버는 설치되어있나요?
   /sbin 또는 /usr/sbin 또는 /usr/local/sbin에 in.telnetd가 있는지 확인.
2. tcp wrapper가 제대로 설정되어 있나요?
  /etc/inetd.conf 확인.
3. 서버에 패킷 필터링 기능이 설치되어
  23번 포트를 막고있지 않은지 확인해보세요.
 
또 다른 가능성이 있나....?
