Redhat 7.1이 나왔다길래...
설치를 했는데.....
 Sendmail 이놈이 태클을 거는군요..^^;
 적수동네에서... 7.1은 외부에서 메일이  받아지지 않는 문제를 있다는 걸
스쳐본것 같아 아래와 같은 내용을 찾은 후
 dnl This changes sendmail to only listen on the loopback device
127.0.0.1
dnl and not on any other network devices. Comment this out if you want
dnl to accept email over the network.
DAEMON_OPTIONS(`Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA')
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
저 밑줄친 부분을 주석처리 하면 됩니다.
dnl This changes sendmail to only listen on the loopback device
127.0.0.1

dnl to accept email over the network.

이렇게요.
그런담에
m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf
 그런데.. 문제는 외부에서 25번 포트를 인식을 하지 못하는군요..
당연히 메일이 안받아지죠...^^:
telnet localhost 25 하면 로컬에선 또 잘 됩니다....
 그래서 sendmail.cf를 아무리 들여다 봐다
어디가 원인인지 잘 모르겠고....
 혹시 7.1설치해 보신분 중에 저와 같은 현상이 있어 해결하신분은
부탁드리겠습니다...
 ps - ipchains, iptables은 모두 다 내렸음...--영원한 초보...
