1. remove everything related to the pro-ftpd or apache first.
rpm -e pro-ftpd
rpm -e apache
 but you will get some error (or warning) messages which let you know something about breaking dependency of the pro-ftp
d and apache. so.. you have to remove them, too.
 and you have to be a super user, if you want to do this job.
