첫번째 시도
 modrpobe ne io=0x6c00 irq=9
 두 번째시도
한텀 실행- linuxconf 해서 설정
 에러-/etc/conf.modules is more  recent than /lib/modules/2.2.16.3kr2/modules.dep
modprobe: can,t locate module ne0
 둘다 이렇게 에러가 뜹니다..
