저는 리눅스를 접한지 한달되었는데... 그래도 뭐가 뭔지 모르겠네요.. 저는 삼보 펜티엄 100 ram-24m  파워리눅스 r2를 사용중입니다. mysql 설치할려고 소스를 설치했습니다. mysql-3.23.32 소스를 설치했고요.... 물론, chmod 755 mysql.server 도 해주었습니다. 분명히 mysql.server 화일도 해당 디렉토리에 있습니다. /etc/profile에는  /usr/local/mysql/bin 삽입도 해주었습니다. oot@opsong bin]# ps -ef | grep mysql root      1097  1070  0 18:04 pts/0    00:00:00 grep mysql [root@opsong bin]# [root@opsong bin]# [root@opsong bin]# pwd /usr/local/mysql/bin [root@opsong bin]# mysql.server start bash: mysql.server: command not found [root@opsong bin]#        방법을 알려주세요...  제발요.... 여기서 진전이 없네요.. 혹시 그러면, 여기까지 설치한 mysql를 모두 지우고, rpm 으로 다시 깔수는 없나요.....  소스로 했더니 너무 어려워서.....
