proftpd.conf 에서 
 servertype inetd 라고 되어 있네요
 여기서 inetd 지우고 standalone 적고,
 그런데,,,,
 inetd.conf 파일은 어디 있어요?
 이걸 찾아야 ftp 부분을 주석처리 하는데..아무리 찾아도 없어요
 혹시나 해서 xinetd.conf 를 열었는데

 defaults
{
     instances          = 60

  이것만 있어염...
