안녕하세요~
 우와 정말 제가 이것 땜에 미침니다. 증말....
 전 우선 apache_2.0a8 을 /usr/local로 옮긴후 
 ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache
 했죠..
 그담에 php-4.0.0.tar.gz 을 /usr/local/php 라는 이름의 
디렉토리 로 푼다음에 담고 같은 스크립트를 실행 시켰습니다. 
 #!/bin/sh
 ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/php 
--with-apache=/usr/local/apache_2.0a8 
--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql 
--enable-track-vars 
--disable-debug
 입니다. 
 그담에 
 make 햇더니....
 /usr/local/php/regex/regex.h:35: warning: this is the location of the previous definition
sapi_apache.c:35: ap_compat.h: 그런 파일이나 디렉토리가 없음
