mysql 설치후 make install 까지 했습니다 그리구 나서 # ./bin/safe_mysqld --language=korean & 하고 #./bin/safe_mysqld & 하고 나서 루트의 패스워드를 설정하기위해   /usr/local/mysql/bin/mysqladmin -u root password '1234' 라고 하면 다음과 같은 에러가 뜹니다 aaa.xxx.com:/usr/local/mysql/bin# ./mysqladmin -u root password '1111' ./mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed error: 'Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)' Check that mysqld is running and that the socket: '/tmp/mysql.sock' exists! 왜 그런지요? 정말 답답하네요..
