: apache 1.3.11 과 active perl 6.18을  win95에 깔았거든요

  저는 Windows에서 해 본적이 없습니다. 
다만 에러 메세지로 보건데 ddombb라는 계정에서 CGI를 굴리시려면
그 UserDir(public_html 등의 폴더)에 대해 httpd.conf에서 실행옵션을
줘야 할 것으로 보입니다. 님이 그 설정을 빼 놓으신 것 같군요.
 무슨 책 혹은 문서를 참고하시는 지 모르겠지만 찬찬히 읽어 보시
고 해 나가신다면 큰 어려움 없이 성과 있으리라 믿으며 이만 줄
