 data디렉토리의 퍼미션을 777로 하셨는데도 안된다구요?
위의 사항까지 이상이 없다면 
혹시 index.html파일의 카운터 붙이는 부분인
<img src="http://www.domain.com/cgi-bin/Count.cgi?df=visitor.dat&dd=D
 align=&#039;absmiddle&#039;> 에서
카운터이미지(dd=D)를 안쓰신건 아닌지..
그리고 count.conf파일에서
 [authorized]

bbs.domain.com
bbs
test.counter.com
 이부분을 확인해 보세요.
여기까지 해도 안된다면 설치시에 미스가 있었다는 얘기같은데..
그럼 다시 설치를 해볼까요?
(여기에 나오는 디렉토리는 저의 경우를 예로 든것입니다.)
 wwwcount.2.5.tar.gz를 받아서 압축을 풀고,
#tar xvfz wwwcount.2.5.tar.gz
#make config.h
그럼 설명이 죽 나오죠 거기서
 Continue [y|n]? y <--yes입력
 *cgi-bin directory [/usr/local/etc/httpd/cgi-bin]: /usr/local/apache/
cgi-bin  (cgi-bin 디렉토리로 깔면 됩니다. 저같은 경우엔 /usr/local/etc
/httpd/cgi-bin 으로 깔았죠)
 *Base directory [/usr/local/etc/Counter]: /usr/local/etc/Counter
(카운터 홈디렉토리 지정)
 *Config directory [/usr/local/etc/Counter/conf]: /usr/local/etc/Counter
/conf (카운터 환경설정 디렉토리 지정)
 *Name of the configuration file [count.cfg]: count.cfg
 *Data directory [/usr/local/etc/Counter/data]: /usr/local/etc/Counter/
data  (카운터 데이터를 저정할 디렉토리 지정)
 *Digits directory [/usr/local/etc/Counter/digits]: /usr/local/etc/Coun
ter/digits (카운터모양 이미지가 저장될 디렉토리 지정)
 *Log directory [/usr/local/etc/Counter/logs]: /usr/local/etc/Counter
/logs (카운터 로그를 저장할 디렉토리 지정)
 *Name of the log file [Count2_5.log]: Count2_5.log (로그파일 이름지정)
 여기까지 하면 이제까지의 컨피그 내용이 출력됩니다.
 CgiBinDir=/usr/local/apache/cgi-bin
BaseDir=/usr/local/etc/Counter
DigitDir=/usr/local/etc/Counter/digits
ConfDir=/usr/local/etc/Counter/conf
ConfFile=count.cfg

 Everything looks OK [y|n]
 이렇게 나올겁니다. 이상이 있으면 n를 입력하고 다시 지정하시고
이상이 없으면 y를 입력하고 다음으로 넘어갑니다.
 #make all
 설명이 주루룩~
 #make cfg

(도메인 닉네임을 지정하는데 아무거나 넣으세요.)

 *Allow using the rgb.txt file [y|n]? y
 *Do you want to allow the counter to be reloaded [y|n]? y

 여기까지 했으면 컨피그는 끝났습니다.
 #make install
 컨피그 내용이 다시한번 출력됩니다.

digit directory      = /usr/local/etc/Counter/digits

 이상이 있으면 n를 입력하고 다시설치.
이상이 없으면 y를 입력하고 계속....

 설명 주루룩~~
 이제 설치가 다 끝났습니다.
 다시 한번 확인 해줄것은 count.cgf파일에서 모든 옵션이 Yes가 되어있나를
확인하고 도메인이 제대로 지정되어있나 확인하고 data디렉토리의 퍼미션이
777로 되어있나를 확인하십시요.
 그리고 index.html파일에서
<img src="http://www.domain.com/cgi-bin/Count.cgi?df=visitor.dat&dd=D
align=&#039;absmiddle&#039;> 처럼 카운터 이미지(dd=D)가 지정이 되어있나를 확인
하신다음 브라우저에서 확인해 보십시요.
참, 주의할 사항이 서버의 브라우저에선 확인이 안됩니다.
반드시 로컬에서 확인하십시요.
