dhcpd.conf 설정파일을 잘못 작성하셨습니다.
 subnet 192.168.0.1 netmask 255.255.255.0
-> subnet 192.168.0.0 netmask 255.255.255.0
 으로(네트워크 주소) 고치시고 할당할 범위를
 subnet 192.168.0.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
range 192.168.0.? 192.168.0.?;
}
 식으로 주셔야 합니다.
