그냥,.. 딴지를 걸자면, 윈도우용 irc 클라이언트 프로그램이 하나만 있는게 아니거든요.. -,.-;
 mIRC 를 비롯해서, iceIRC, hydraIRC(opensource) 등이 있고 또한, 유닉스나 리눅스에서 쓰이는 bitchx, xchat 도 윈도우용이 있거든요.....
 스크립을 보니 mIRC 스크립으로 보이는 군요.. ;)
