[PHP/MP3] APACHE/PHP4 기반 간단한 mp3 스트림
 안녕하세요?
 아주 간단하게 핵심모듈(함수)만 만들어 보았습니다.
 다른 icecast, apache-mp3, mod_mp3, ... 기타 스트림서버
도움없이 자체적으로 구현됩니다.
또한 lame이 설치되어 있다면
lame을 이용해서 bitrate를 조절할 수 있도록 했습니다.
  모양새를 갖추려면 좀더 추가해야할 기능이 있습니다.
