 ftp 에서 하는것은 두가지 입니다...
 proftpd.conf 에서 포트 변경...
서비스 에서 포트 변경..
데몬이 정상 가동 한다면..
 netstat -ant
 tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:8821            0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN
 하시면 변경한 포트가 나올것임..
 데몬도 정상이고 
netstat -ant 하면 나온다 그러면..
