자그마한 하드를 백업용으로 붙였는데요..
 fdisk /dev/hdb1 들어가면 아래와 같이 나옵니다.

 Disk /dev/hdb1: 255 heads, 63 sectors, 524 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 bytes
      Device Boot    Start       End    Blocks   Id  System
/dev/hdb1p1             1       524   4208998+  83  Linux

 그런데, fdisk -l 해보면 아래와 같이 나오는군요..
 ===========================================================
Disk /dev/hdb: 255 heads, 63 sectors, 524 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 bytes
    Device Boot    Start       End    Blocks   Id  System
/dev/hdb1   *         1       525   4210888+   b  Win95 FAT32
Partition 1 has different physical/logical endings:
     phys=(556, 239, 63) logical=(524, 59, 63)
Partition 1 does not end on cylinder boundary:
     phys=(556, 239, 63) should be (556, 254, 63)

백업용 하드로 써야 하기 때문에 더욱 중요한데..
무슨 영문인지 궁금합니다.
 원래는 윈도에서 그림파일 저장용으로 쓰이던 하드이고요..
 mkfs 해준다음에 fdisk로 통으로 잡아 준것밖에 없는데 요상하군요..
