gateway문제로 보이는군요..
defaultroute가 ppp0이 되어야 합니다.
pppoe.conf에 
DEFAULTROUTE=yes 가 설정되어있지 않다면 설정해주고 테스트해보세요.
 또 /etc/sysconfig/network파일을 열어서
GATEWAYDEV="ppp0"  도 설정하세요.
      : 한통 ADSL로 마스쿼레이딩을 하려 합니다.
: 두개의 랜카드를 설치하고 셋팅 했구요
: 모뎀으로부터 IP 할당까지 받았는데
: 외부로 ping하면 다음과 같은 메시지가 뜨네요
