제가보기엔 그냥 소스 받아서 직접 컴파일 한것 같군요
rpm 패키지가 /usr/local/mysql에 설치 되지 않거든요.

그냥 
mysql 사이트에 가서 rpm을 받어서 설치하시는 것이 어떠실지?
