아마 bind 9.1 버전으로.. 업을 하신거.. 같은데..
 bind 9.1 버전은.. 이전. 8.x 버전과.. 약간의 문법 차이가.. 있습니다.
 솔직히.. 님의 내용이 너무 길어서 자세히.. 뭐가 문제인지는 파악해보진 
 않았습니다만...
 로그 파일 /var/log/message 을 보시면.. 무슨 에러로.. named 데몬이 구동이
 안되는지 잘 나올겁니다...
 그 부분만.. 고쳐주시면.. 될겁니다...
 $TTL 값을 넣어주는 부분등.... 에러를 찾아 보시길...
