A low flash rate of about 2 flashes per second for several minutes before going to bed allowed me to enter into a hypnotic state where it became very easy to fall asleep. : : Flasher works optimally by initiating the program and then closing your eyes and holding them a comfortable distance from the screen. : : Flasher for Linux is developed by vorpal@users.sourceforge.net and is released under the terms of the BSD License. : : Flasher for Linux is written in C using SVGALib. Note that programs written in SVGALib must be made suid root.
