: 디스켓에 들어있는 : README파일 읽어보셨나요? 이렇게 하라는 말인가요? 영어는 꽝이라.. /lib/modules/2.2.17-8wl2/net 안에 pcnet32.o 이 있긴한데요... a. chmod eth0 down (if Ethernet is already up) b. rmmod pcnet32 (if there is any pcnet32 present) c. insmod pcnet32.o phy_selection=0 phone_line_parameter=1 d. ifconfig 139.95.26.10 (or give any IP address) e. Ping 139.95.26.10 (or any other IP address) f. Follow this example for any other parameter changed. # readme화일임다. PCnet-Home Linux (Redhat 6.0) Device Driver =========================================== Driver release version: 1.2 Release Date: 1/31/200 ---------------------------------------------------- Purpose of this driver: The Linux Redhat PCnet-Home LAN controller driver version 1.2 supports all the feature of the PCnet-Home LAN Controller driver version 1.1. Driver version 1.2 has been modified so that it installs on the PCnet-Home Lan Controller based card only. This will prevent usage of this driver with devices that are not supported by this driver. Files included: Extracting the Linx_hmln.tar file will produce the following files: PCNethme.o 22kb 01/05/00 Run 1kb 12/21/99 ReadMe 5Kb 01/21/00 Note: To extract the file, double click the Linx_hmln.tar in any Win 9x/NT4.0 environment. For Supported features and command line parameter: See bellow. Driver release version: 1.1 Release Date: 1/21/2000 ------------------------------------------------------ Purpose of this driver: This driver supports the PCnet-Home LAN Controller in the Linux Redhat 6.0 platform only. Files included: Extracting (with password: 'linux') the PCNH_Linux.exe file will produce the following files: PCNet32.o 22kb 01/05/00 Run 1kb 12/21/99 ReadMe 5Kb 01/21/00 Note: To extract the file, double click the PCNH_Linux.exe in any Win 9x/NT4.0 environment. Features Supported: 1. This driver supports all features available in previously released Windows drivers. Please refer to the OEM User's Guide for the list of features. Please note that features not supported by the OS, and applications such as file/print sharing and Internet sharing (that are available in Windows) are not available with this OS. Command Line Parameters: If there is no command line parameter, then PHY selection is automatic. And any associated variable related to that PHY is also automatic. For example, if no command line is given, then the driver searches for a PHY with active link. If the search yields phone PHY, choice of speed and power level is automatic. If Ethernet is chosen, duplex mode is chosen by auto negotiating. There are four command line parameters: 1. Manual Phy Selection: phy_selection ====================================== This forces the driver to go into single PHY mode. It does not swap the PHY if the active PHY goes down. To get external PHY, insmod pcnet32.o phy_selection=2 To get phoneline PHY, insmod pcnet32.o phy_selection=1 To get internal PHY, insmod pcnet32.o phy_selection=0 Irrespective of whether the manual mode or auto mode is chosen, the following parameter affects the respective phys. 2. Phone line Power and Speed: phone_line_parameter =================================================== If "phone_line_parameter" is given, value of phone_line_parameter is used for speed and power, whenever Phone PHY is chosen. To Get Set phone_line_parameter to ====== =========================== PHONELINE_AUTO_HIGH 1 PHONELINE_LPLS 10 PHONELINE_LPHS 9 PHONELINE_HPLS 6 PHONELINE_HPHS 5 For example: At the terminal prompt, for internal PHY and phoneline_auto_high type the following line: a. chmod eth0 down (if Ethernet is already up) b. rmmod pcnet32 (if there is any pcnet32 present) c. insmod pcnet32.o phy_selection=0 phone_line_parameter=1 d. ifconfig 139.95.26.10 (or give any IP address) e. Ping 139.95.26.10 (or any other IP address) f. Follow this example for any other parameter changed. 3. Duplex Mode Parameter for Internal PHY: int_phy_duplex ========================================================= If "int_phy_duplex" is given, value of int_phy_duplex is used for duplex mode on internal PHY, whenever internal PHY is chosen. To Get Set int_phy_duplex ====== ================== 10Mbps HALF_DUPLEX 1 10Mbps FULL_DUPLEX 2 4. Duplex Mode Parameter for External PHY: ext_phy_duplex ========================================================= If "ext_phy_duplex" is given, value of ext_phy_duplex is used for duplex and speed on external PHY, whenever external PHY is chosen. To Get Set ext_phy_duplex to ====== ===================== 10Mbps HALF_DUPLEX 1 10Mbps FULL_DUPLEX 2 100Mbps HALF_DUPLEX 4 100Mbps FULL_DUPLEX 8 Note: To recompile the driver (source code needed) type at the prompt: Run (Then add the file name. ex: run pcnethme.c). The driver can be compile manually by typing all the command line "Run" file.
