fsck에 -f 옵션을 줘서 해보세요.
모든 ext2파티션을 다 체크하세요.

: 이상이 에러메시지구요. 
: 루트패스워드를 물으면서..파일시스템 체크를 하라는데..

: fsck나 e2fsck로 /dev/hda1을 체크해봤지만 이상없다고 나오거든요 
: linux single로 해도 같은 메시지가 나옵니다..

: 다른 분들의 현상은 윗부분에서 Mounting proc filesystem 이나 
: Configuring kernel parameters 등이 [o.k]가 나오고 이상이 있을시는 fsck
: 등으로 처리가 되지만 저는 이것자체가 [FAILED]가 나는것이 
: 좀 심각한것 같습니다..

: 완전 복구는 안되더라도 혹시 백업받을수 있는 방법(혹시 다른 리눅스시스템
: 에 연결해서)은 없는지요...
