저도 초보입니다.
저 또한 그런에러가 나서 하루 정도 삽질하였습니다.
그래서 제가 선택한것은 snmp를 다시 설치하고  mrtg를 다시
설치하였습니다.(물론 gd,zlib,libpng)깔려있어야 하구요..
설치하는데 얼마가 안걸리니 다시 설치해보세요
그럼 성공하길 기원하겠습니다.
   MRTG 프로그램 설치후 make까지 했는데... 이상하게도
