I get U meant Dual head version of Radeon. Right? But then I guess not. As far as Xfree guys are concerned Radeon can be installed on Linux with *Xfree86 4.0.2* or higher for sure (currently 4.0.3 recommended but you better not expect 3D accel or somethin' on the X) If you plan to use Redhat 7.0 or whatever, then it just goes X4.0.1 so that doesn't work at all. Upgrade! But as-the damn radeon video card-matter-of-fact, Xfree86 DOES only support *Radeon 32M DDR or SDR*. Yet believable? ^^; You can try X4.0.3 but I know that's not for VE. Assumed that the best solution for you, that is, just give it to me, then I'll give you a nice 4mb ATI rage video card which is perfectly working great on Linux. ^^;;;; Good luck. : I was wondering whether the ATI Radeon VE is supported under Linux. : If yes, what about the dualhead capabilites? : Can you use the dual output mode in LInux? : : : Sorry, .. about the enligsh. : I just installed Windows Whistler and I have absolutely : no idea how to get hangul to work. ^^; : : If anoyone has tried VE with Linux, plz reply. -- Subsist Nobody
