확실히는 잘 모르겠지만..
 public_html 의 퍼미션뿐만 아니라
home 디렉토리의 퍼미션도 바꿔줘야 하는걸로 알고 있는데여...
 즉 /home/xxxxxx/public_html 이런식으로 디렉토리가 구성되어 있다면
xxxxxx 디렉토리의 퍼미션도 조정을 해야 한다는 얘기죠...
