sendmail 문제가 아니라 pop3 문제군요. /etc/xinetd.conf 가 아니라 /etc/xinetd.d/ipop3 에서 disable = no 로 바꾸고 /etc/rc.d/init.d/xinetd restart 재시작하면 됩니다.
