<증상>

* etc/conf.modules-->irq,io 수동입력(alis eth0 3c50x.o ...)
* ~/modules -->3c905 있슴
* cmos -->phoneix 사용(pnp disable 기능 찾을수 없슴)
* dmesg -->irq0를 access(찾을수 없슴?) 할 수없슴
* ifconfig -a -->eth0 정상적으로 잡힘
* netstat -rn -->eth0 않잡힘
* ifup eth0 -->[error mesage]
                resources ... temporarily unavailable
                network:down
                .....
 ..................................

 **참고로 win98 muti부팅 사용중이며 win에서 사용중인 irq,io를 똑같이
