php에서 configure할때 --with-gd=/usr/local/gd 이렇게 넣어주시면
아무 에러 없을것 같은데요.
글구 gcc에서 문제가 있다고 의심이 드시면
rpm -qa | grep util-linux 해보세요.
util-linux-버젼
이런식으로 나오면 gcc는 이상없겠죠.
 : mysql은 깐 상태이구요.
