mod_bandwidth 는 아파치 모듈로, httpd.conf 에 BandWidthModule 을 로드하고 Bandwidth 지시어로 IP 나 경로별 대역폭을 정하면 됩니다. 설정 예제는 모듈 배포본의 문서를 참고하세요.
