woojung이란 계정을 만들어주고 woojung이란 폴더 아래 index.html을 만들어
주었습니다.
그런데 url에서 http://ip/~woojung/index.html이라고 넣으면 다음과 같은
에러 메세지가 나옵니다.

You don't have permission to access /~woojung/index.html on this server.
  apache의 htdocs 밑의 html문은 문제없이 잘 읽어오는데 계정 아래의 html문은
왜 못 읽어오는지 모르겠습니다. httpd.conf파일을 특별히 수정하지도 않았습니다.
그리고 woojung]#ls -l 이라는 명령어를 넣어면
drwxr-xr-x   2   root   root   4096   11월 16 11:10 public_html/
이렇게 나옵니다.
 왜 그런지 아시는 분 좀 가르쳐주세요.
