알짜 리눅스 6.1 버전이며, 커널버전은 2.2.12-20kr입니다.
 
설치할때 네트워크 셋업에서 데몬 dhcp, dhcpcd를 깔아놨구요.
 랜카드 업체에서 보내준 두개의 파일 pcnet32.c pcnet32.h 입니다. 드라이
버 파일이라고 하더군요.
이 업체에서는 커널 2.2.5에서만 테스트를 해봤다고 하더군요. 물론 잘 랜카
드가 잘 설치되구요. 하지만 레드햇 문서에서는 뭐.. redhat 6.1(2.2.12-20
kernel에서도 테스트되었다고 나오더군요.)
 참고로 전 gcc 안써봤어요.
 그 첫번째인 pcnet32.c 파일의 설명입니다.

 랜카드업체에서 갈켜준대로 했습니다.
먼저 pcnet32.c의 맨마지막 부분을 복사해서 실행시켰습니다. 이렇게~~~~`
 gcc -DHOMENET -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux-2.2.12/include -Wall -
Wstrict-prototypes -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -pipe -fno-strength-

 물론 여기서 내용을 커널에 맞게 고쳤죠.
그랬더니 pcnet32.o가 생성되더군요.
그래서 이 오브젝트 파일을 /lib/modules/2.2.12-20kr/net로 복사했슴다.
다음 /etc/conf.modules 을 편집했죠.   이렇게~~~~~
 alias eth0 pcnet32.o
 여기다 때론 다음을 첨가해봤슴다.
 option pcnet32.o irq=11 io=0xe4(혹은 io=0xe400)
 다음 netcfg를 실행시키고 edit하여
 Activate interface at boot time
Allow any usr to (de)activate interface 항목을 반전시키고,
 Interface configuration protocol을 dhcp로 선택했습니다.
 Done을 선택하고 돌아와 eth0항목을 activate시키면,
 아래의 내용은 ifconfig를 실행했을때의 내용입니다.
 [root@localhost /root]# ifconfig
eth0      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:50:38:10:3E:BF
          UP BROADCAST RUNNING  MTU:1500  Metric:1
          RX packets:8 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0

 이때 RX packets값과 TX packets값들은 경우에 따라 바뀌더군요.
 그리고 넷스케잎을 실행하면 다음과 같은 에러 메시지가 뜹니다.
 Netscape가 서버를 찾을 수 없습니다.
      www.yahoo.co.kr 이 서버는 DNS 항목을 갖고 있지 않습니다.
이 URL에 있는 서버 이름을 확인한 후 다시 시도하십시오.
 다음엔 netcfg에서 eth0를 deactivate시키면 한텀에서는 다음과 같은 메시지
가 뜹니다.
 Operation failed.
Determining IP information for eth0...Operation failed.
failed.
 랜카드 업체에서 준 pcnet32.h의 역할은 뭔지 모르겠어요.
