저는 지금 사내에서만 텔넷이 접속이 되도록 설정을 하였습니다.
 /etc/hosts.allow 에는...
in.telnetd : 허용할IP들(사내IP들)
 /etc/hosts.deny 에는...
ALL:ALL:
 이렇게 해서 사내외에는 모두 접근이 불가능합니다.
 그런데 집에서 아웃룩을 이용해서 메일을 확인시
읽어들이지를 못합니다.
물론 /etc/hosts.deny 의 내용을 없애면 잘 됩니다.
그러면 텔넷을 외부에서 들어오는 걸 막질 못하고... T.T
 물론  /etc/hosts.allow 에
ipop3d : ALL
도 해 봤는데 안됩니다.
  방법좀 알려주세엽.. 저는 qmail + mysql 을 설치했고.
/etc/inetd.conf는 아래와 같습니다.
 pop2   stream  tcp     nowait  root    /usr/sbin/tcpd   ipop2d
#pop3   stream  tcp     nowait  root    /usr/sbin/tcpd  ipop3d
